Job Description
At Editorial Planeta Colombia, I had the privilege of holding several positions that covered key areas such as marketing, community management, design, and web content development. I began my journey by feeding the website with the book catalog to make them available online, which provided me with a deep understanding of the publishing business and online customer needs. Later on, I joined the marketing team, where my focus was on advertising and marketing coordination, as well as managing the online presence of the publishing house.ing. Community Manager. Design. Achievements and Key Projects
- Advertising and Marketing Coordination: As part of the marketing team, I was in charge of several important projects, including managing contracts with suppliers, designing print materials for media such as El Tiempo, Bakanica magazine, ADN, and Mal Pensante magazine, as well as designing POP materials (flyers, etc.). Additionally, I planned, designed, and implemented campaigns for various publisher titles and BTL activities. I also participated in organizing and attending events related to promoting the books of the publishing house.
- Web Master – Community Manager: In my role as Web Master and Community Manager, I was responsible for measuring content indicators, managing and promoting web content such as updates of new publications, customer service, creation of advertising banners, event promotion, social networks, virtual marketing implementation, and 2.0 web campaigns for new products via Facebook and its applications, as well as implementing Twitter and Facebook content.
