At Costeño Beach Hostel, I had the opportunity to perform several important roles, including Hostel Manager, Customer Service and Receptionist. My responsibilities covered a wide range of tasks related to practical and financial maintenance, expense and revenue coordination, staff management and direct customer service.

Duties at the hostel included practical and financial maintenance, as well as expense and revenue coordination. In addition, I was responsible for staff management and direct customer interaction, including front desk service and management of reservations and the hostel website.

Achievements and Key Projects

  • Hostel Capacity Growth: During my tenure, the Costeño Beach Hostel experienced significant growth, going from a lodging capacity of 16 to 50 beds. This increase in capacity improved the profitability and visibility of the hostel in the market.
  • Management System Development: I implemented a complete management system that optimized the daily operations of the hostel, improving efficiency and facilitating the management of reservations, inventory and personnel.
  • Management and Promotion: I established strategic relationships with other hostels and companies in the industry, resulting in successful collaborations and joint promotional campaigns that increased the visibility and attractiveness of Costeño Beach Hostel.
